Alicia is a wife, mother, and a believer in God and humanity. Most of her professional career has been people facing, which has led her to adopt the mantra “People need people”.
Currently living in the Middle East, Alicia has experienced multiculturalism personified. Holding leadership positions in a global organization, and leading teams with as much as 30 different nationalities, she has been described as instrumental in contributing to positive and impactful change.
Alicia’s coaching journey began indirectly, when she would sit on her parent’s porch with friends, trying to understand purpose and fate. This would then lead her to pursue a more structured approach to coaching through ICF fundamentals. “The Coaching Porch” was borne out of a desire to merge porch conversations with coaching ethos and thus create a safe and relatable space to galvanize sustainable and visible change.
